Prof. Mordechai Kedar tells the story of Ka'ab, the Yemenite Jew who helped Mohammad concoct Islam and how the Jews of Arabia rejected it...specifically the ploy by Mohammad in telling Jews that Jerusalem was central to Islam, in the hopes that they would accept the teachings of the Koran.
